The oldest library in human history is St. Catherine's Monastery Library

 أقدم مكتبة في التاريخ البشري مازالت مفتوحة و تعمل هي مكتبة دير سانت كاترين و بها أكثر من 6000 مخطوطة مصرية و إغريقية و رومانية قديمة.

المكتبة بها أقدم موسوعة طبية بشرية عمرها 1800 سنة و تعود للقرن الثاني بعد الميلاد و كُتبت في الإسكندرية.

The oldest library in human history that is still open and working is the library of St. Catherine's Monastery, which contains more than 6000 ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman manuscripts.

The library contains the oldest human medical encyclopedia that is 1800 years old and dates back to the second century AD and was written in Alexandria.
